Specializing in "hassle-free" waste collection service to residents and businesses, we provide our 95-gallon roll-cart at one low quarterly rate.
Do you sometimes find it hard to get your trash to the curb using the large 95-gallon roll-cart? For seniors, disabled or others not wanting a large roll-cart for trash, we now offer a smaller, much easier to handle 65-gallon roll-cart.
We have partnered with many communities by customizing individual waste packages for their specific requirements. We welcome all HOAs and also give our Military, Senior Citizens and Veterans a discount off of our quarterly rate.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
HOUSEHOLD WASTE REMOVAL
To avoid being missed, place your cart out at the curb the night before your service day. Your normal service time can vary from week to week, especially on holidays or due to an unavoidable circumstance, so please leave your cart out on your service day until it has been serviced. Make sure that all of your trash is placed in the cart. You can put up to three bags beside the cart that will not fit inside. Call our office in advance for any large item removal (furniture, appliance, etc.). The truck cannot take large or bulky items without notice.
RECYCLING
We currently accept noncontaminated recyclables. Items must be washed clean before placing into recycle bin, or the entire bin will be labeled "contaminated" and dumped into the back of our garbage truck.
We accept old newspapers, all major paper grades, cardboard, file stock, junk mail, office paper, telephone books, magazines, catalogs, aluminum cans, glass bottles: (clear, brown, and green), plastic bottles #1-7 (some restrictions apply).
Customer must place his or her recycle bin at the curb for pickup. Items can be comingled. We send our recyclables to SP Recycling in Marietta, Georgia, where they in turn transport the load to Forest Park, Georgia for sorting and processing.

YARD WASTE REMOVAL
If you are paying for yard waste removal service, we will take up to eight bags or bundles of yard waste per pickup. Yard waste pickup includes: biodegradable bags of leaves or grass clippings. Bundles of small limbs and branches cannot exceed 2 feet in length or 3 inches in diameter and should be bundled for one man to pick up. The bags or bundles cannot weigh more than 30 pounds each.
BILLING INFORMATION
North Metro Waste sends out its bills quarterly on the 15th of the month and are due by the 1st of the following month. If, in the following month, payment is not received in our office by the 15th, we will place customer on stop service. If, in the following month, payment is not received in our office by the 30th, we will cancel customer's service. Reconnect fee is $25.00. Return check fee is $30.00
CANCELLATION
There is a $12.50 cancellation fee to cancel service once payment has been received in our office for the current cycle.
